1. Who we are

This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and what control you have over it. It covers 24-7hvacfrontdesk.com only — not any separate system we may operate on behalf of a client.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

The only place this site asks for information is the demo request form. It collects:

• Your name and email address (required)
• Company name, phone number, and number of technicians (optional)
• Any message you choose to write

Information collected automatically

• Analytics. If you consent, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP (city level), device and browser type, referring site, and whether you submitted the demo form. We have disabled Google Signals and ad personalization, so this data is not used to build advertising profiles or follow you across other websites.
• Server logs. Our host records standard request data including IP address, timestamp, and user agent. This is ordinary infrastructure logging used for security and reliability.
• Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is visible to Google when the page loads. This happens before any consent choice because it is part of rendering the page.

3. Cookies & local storage

No analytics cookies are set unless you accept them. Until then, analytics runs in a cookieless mode that cannot identify you or link visits together.

7. Your choices

• Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out automatically — you do not need to do anything else, and the page will confirm that we honored it.
• Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

We will not charge you for exercising these rights, and exercising them will not affect whether or how we respond to your demo request.

9. Exercising your rights

Email jrose@proverbaiconsulting.com with what you would like us to do. Because we hold very little — usually just an email thread from a demo request — the fastest way for us to verify you is to write from the same email address you used on the form. If you cannot, we may ask for other information to confirm your identity, and we will use it only for that purpose.

We respond within 45 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and may extend once by a further 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.

If we say no

You may appeal by replying to our decision with the word Appeal. We will review it and give you a written answer within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, we will tell you how to complain to your state Attorney General. California residents may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.

10. Retention

• Demo requests live in our email as long as needed to follow up and keep ordinary business records, and are deleted on request.
• Analytics data is retained by Google for a maximum of 14 months.
• Server logs are kept on our host's standard short-term schedule.

11. Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We keep the number of systems touching your information deliberately small. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and we will give prominent notice on the site for material changes.
